Get Your Pest 411

“How To” Videos are all the rage on the Internet, teaching people how to tackle home projects, learn new skills and even tie their shoes (although that’s probably for the 6 year-olds out there!).  People love the interactivity and the accessibility of the Web – and for good reason!

With such popularity, the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) has launched its new “Pest 411” series on Pestworld.org.  This series of short videos offers do-it-yourself tips and tricks for avoiding and dealing with pesky – and sometimes dangerous – household pests.

  • Are fruit flies an issue in your kitchen?  NPMA has a video for that!
  • Want to learn how to avoid bed bugs when traveling?  NPMA has a video for that!
  • Need to ensure that Fido doesn’t bring fleas into your house?  NPMA has a video for that!

Be sure to get the Pest 411 right here <http://www.pestworld.org/for-consumers/pest-411-videos>. Each of the videos is 2 minutes and provides helpful hints to keeping your home pest-free.

And of course, if you need assistance wrangling pests that may have invaded your home, NPMA can help with that too!  Pestworld.org not only offers tips for finding a pest professional but also a “zip code locator” that can help find a qualified, local pest management firm.  Find it all here <http://www.pestworld.org/for-consumers/tips-for-finding-a-pro>.
